Need To Lose Weight For Wedding

Question:

I need to loose weight for my wedding in September of this year, has anybody got any tips without me having to sweat it out in the gym everyday? Not sure if I should be talking to a personal trainer (that would be the sweating part) or a weight loss coach, any advice would be appreciated!

Hi the best tip I can give you is to keep your eating habits under control there are some great e-books on the web that you can download for free such as carb100 and Nutritional Responsibilty these are both great and FREE good luck and all the best for the big day.
